APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED!! **NOTE** There are 2 different applications: one for Massachusetts K-12 education professionals enrolling in the CGE Summer Institute, and one for all other travelers. If you are interested in this travel opportunity... please email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as this trip will be limited in both number of participants and payment options. Include a phone contact number so we can discuss the specifics of the trip! Due to the nature of this trip the $800 deposit is only partially refundable. Refunds will be limited to the remainder after non-refundable costs are deducted – these include airline, hotel and transportation fees. The refund amount will likely be under $100 based on the actual costs incurred. Our airline seating is limited - First come, first served! Once our initial reservation is filled (or after 12/10), we will need to book airfare at the currently availble pricing. Passports take time to obtain so get one NOW! Application forms are available on-line or in most US Post Offices. You will need to bring completed forms, all required identification and 2 passport approved photos to an application center ASAP! NOTE NEW RULES: In order to enter most countries, your US passport must not expire less than six months before departure date!
